Creating a new communication style for the brand and driving profit from social media traffic

Topo Centras is the biggest retailer of home appliances and electronics in Lithuania and a member of one of the biggest trade alliances „Euronics International“ group. The main objective was to increase relevant traffic from social media to their e-shop that ultimately became buyers. The secondary goal was to increase the number of followers on Instagram and to form an engaged community on the platform.

How we've helped them

A new social media strategy and style was developed for the client‘s Facebook and Instagram pages. Regular influencer campaigns were successfully managed and original video content for their social media channels was produced. Additionally, new social media platforms were introduced to our overall communication strategy while strategic content boosting was maintained during further content development.

A new communication structure and a unique style of the visuals used have helped to reach the goals of the client.

The results

24 000 new followers on Instagram after the first 6 months of our collaboration with a 7-8% engagement rate on Facebook, 52% overall profit growth from social media traffic during the first year was achieved.
