Overview:

Have you mastered Photoshop and Illustrator tools? Do you have attention to details and can communicate creative thoughts graphically? We are looking for a graphic designer who can make a post about anything visually unique!


Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and support of clients' image and design in social media;
  • Creating advertising campaigns and social media visuals;
  • Generating ideas for campaigns and preparing a strategy for new customers;
  • Active participation in brainstorms and continuous cooperation with the team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Education in the field of design;
  • 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency;
  • Active interest in graphic design trends;
  • Ability to think "outside the box";
  • General understanding of the design principles of social media;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Overview:

Are you well-versed in the intricacies of social media communication, digital solutions, and their possibilities? Do you consider yourself organised, proactive, and creative? We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager! Together, we will improve clients’ marketing and achieve set goals.


Main responsibilities:

  • Generation of ideas and their development, preparation of communication offers and presentation to clients;
  • Organization and implementation of clients’ communication in social media;
  • Regular communication with clients’ by phone and e-mail;
  • Preparation of reports, evaluating the results in social media;
  • Work planning and delegation to colleagues;
  • Active participation in brainstorms, generating ideas for campaigns, and preparing a strategy for new clients’.

Required skills and experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working with social media;

Copywriter

Overview:

Are you bursting with creativity and have many thoughts in your head, but don't know where to implement them? We are looking for an original ideas writer! Together we will improve clients‘ marketing and achieve our goals!


Main responsibilities:

  • Creating content for daily communication of various clients’ on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) according to clients’ briefs provided by project managers (and sometimes even without them);
  • Active participation in brainstorms, generation of ideas for campaigns, preparation of new clients’ strategy;
  • Transferring the vision of the visual part to the designer;
  • To be in the vortex of the latest trends and current events;
  • Description of the news, marketing trends, and the new agency offers in the format of a newsletter;
  • Information retrieval, analysis, and the ability to creatively present content for complex markets and customers, from FinTech to logistics.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • To have a good command of different writing styles and the ability to easily empathize with the characters of various brands and their audiences;
  • Work experience, where you had to think of creative ideas, create concepts, and look for insights or trends;
  • Mastered punctuation and grammar in both Lithuanian and English languages;
  • A rich vocabulary, attentiveness, and thinking outside the box;
  • Ability to read the brief and understand what the client needs;
  • Ability to write both short posts for social networks and long articles for the media.

We are looking for a motivated and qualified PPC account specialist who will be able to solve even the most complex situations! Use your creative potential in the marketing process and work in a team of professionals.


Main responsibilities:

  • Administration of advertising campaigns;
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to understand current campaign success rates to improve future results;
  • Regular communication with customers by phone and e-mail;
