Social media account manager


This role mainly involves supporting our team & delivering against business priorities for our clients through social media content planning and production. You'll have to communicate directly with our clients, build out reports, be able to find creative solutions for the everyday content creation process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in content creation, planning and publishing on major social media platforms
  • Proven digital media communication experience mainly focusing on social media strategy and community management
  • Experience of setting organizational KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Excellent writing skills with adaptability and creativity to create content in a range of mediums on a variety of topics in an engaging, inspiring and accessible way

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Community management including responding to user queries and escalating when necessary
  • Proactively manage & maintain social media channels, create engaging and relevant content in collaboration with other departments
  • Produce monthly/quarterly social media reports campaign performance
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new clients by planning, creating and implementing social media strategies
  • Helping to identify trends, generate insights and share best practices
  • Source and manage the social assets and copy for several profiles at once

Senior PPC manager


We’re looking for PPC account managers who are highly motivated, skilled & eager to go above and beyond in demanding situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing data to understand past results and improve future results.
  • Managing Google ads search, display, video & discovery campaigns in a broad range of industries.
  • Building reports, maintain direct relationship with current clients.  
  • Using tools like Google sheets to analyze PPC and analytics data.
  • Reading and researching client industries.
  • Using Google Tag Manger to implement necessary tracking systems.
  • Regular client communication via phone and email.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant PPC experience, in house or agency based.
  • Communicative and positive-minded.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Eager to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
  • An open mind – You’re always looking to develop new skills, pondering how you could improve existing processes, and receptive to a change in the status quo.
  • Google Tag Manager & data studio proficiency.

This role is full of opportunities that require leadership, creativity, self-motivation, project management, analytical skills.
